Her mom is a successful businesswoman and owner of Garment Care.Yet, Ife Otedola the popular DJ now known as DJ Cuppy is not folding her arms, rather she is focused on establishing her formidable entertainment business and making her own money.
At a press briefing in Lagos, DJ Cuppy revealed that all is now set for her to scale into the next level in the entertainment industry. Just recently, she performed at Deola Bali’s 50th high society party.
DJ Cuppy says her entertainment company will go beyond music, she is already working with a movie production team that would take her dreams to the next level. She told www.niyitabiti.net that she is very much interested in acting but not the typical Nollywood thing.She just finished work on a children animated movie where she played the role of a princess.
DJ Cuppy Moves to New York- Ifeoluwa Otedola told niyitabiti.net that she is happy that people engage her services on regularly basis in Nigeria not because of her name but what she can offer.She gets to travel every now and then from her Britain to Nigeria. Right now, she is moving to New York where she would be studying music business.

Going to New York is to learn about the nitty-gritty of music business but DJ Cuppy says she will be flying New York- Lagos at least twice in a month to disc jockey at events. She is indeed a chip of the old bloc. Femi Otedola, her billionaire father has great influence on her.
She told us, “i grew up in GRA, Ikeja and i remember as far back as when i was 6, listening to music in my Fela’s music in my father’s car. My father is not just my mentor,he is my best friend and he helps with the my work”
